Custom automations, built around your business.

Workflow automation
Stop doing the same thing twice.
End-to-end systems that move information between your tools, so the everyday admin runs without you.
  • Lead capture into your CRM, automatically
  • Invoices, reminders, and follow-ups that send themselves
  • Status updates and reporting without the copy-paste
AI-assisted operations
A second pair of hands that never sleeps.
AI placed exactly where it earns its keep — with proper guardrails, and human checkpoints where they matter.
  • Email triage, classification, and drafted replies
  • Lead scoring and intent detection
  • Document parsing, summaries, and extraction
Audits & rebuilds
Untangle what someone else left behind.
Inherited a tangle of systems from a previous freelancer or staff member? I document the mess and quietly rebuild what's worth saving.
  • Full audit of your existing automations
  • Plain-English documentation, end to end
  • Rebuild or refactor — your call, my recommendation
Ongoing partnership
A team on call, without the headcount.
Your on-call automation partner. New builds, monitoring, and the occasional "can you just…" — all without re-scoping every time something needs to change.
  • Active monitoring and proactive fixes
  • New automations as your business evolves
  • One point of contact, fast turnaround

A real build, told plainly — and the person behind it.

Live · Elite Edges Skating

A skating program that answers its own emails.

Ajay, who runs Elite Edges, was losing leads in a flooded inbox — parents asking about availability, pricing, and locations faster than he could reply. The fix wasn't a chatbot. It was a quiet system watching his inbox, understanding each message, drafting a reply in his voice, and updating his CRM with the right tags.

He approves the drafts in one click, or lets the obvious ones send themselves. Every action gets logged so nothing runs blind.

↳ ~6 hours back per week. Lead response time cut by two-thirds.

"Liam built something I genuinely couldn't have built myself. My inbox runs in the background now — I just coach. He's the kind of person you want in your corner: thoughtful, fast, and actually listens."

About

One person. On purpose.

I'm Liam. lauto. is me, and that's the point — not a stopgap until I "scale." You work directly with the person designing your systems. No account managers, no offshore delivery teams, no junior staff doing the build while a senior name takes the call.

What you trade in scale, you gain in care. Fewer projects at once, more thought per build, and a real human at the other end of every email.

Per year
$38,964
Hours lost annually

A mid-sized build (~$2,500–$4,000) would pay for itself in 1 month.
A couple of connected automations across your stack.
How this is calculated — Hours per week × hourly rate × 4.33 (average weeks per month) × number of people. Yearly figures multiply monthly by 12; yearly hours use 52 weeks. The "pays for itself" line compares your monthly cost-of-doing-nothing against the recommended build's price. Build size is suggested by yearly cost: under $8k → small build, $8k–$30k → mid-sized build, above $30k → larger build. Numbers are estimates based on your inputs — your real situation gets scoped on the discovery call.

Simple, transparent investment. Tailored to your business.

Have questions first?

Frequently asked questions.

How long does a typical build take?
Most projects are completed within 1–3 weeks from the day we finalize the scope, depending on complexity.
Do I need to commit to a monthly plan?
No. Monthly care is completely optional and only available as an add-on after a build. Most clients start with just a one-time build and add care later if they want hands-off maintenance.
What if the automation doesn't work?
Every build includes 14 days of post-launch fixes at no extra cost. Scope is agreed in writing before any work begins, so we're aligned from day one. If something isn't working as scoped, I'll fix it.
What happens if I cancel monthly care?
After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you'd like to take the automation with you and run it on your own Make account, I offer a one-time migration service quoted based on complexity.
How do you handle data and privacy?
Builds happen in your accounts, on your data, with your credentials. I sign NDAs without fuss. Sensitive fields can be redacted before they leave your environment, and I'll walk you through where data flows before anything goes live.
